Terms of Service

By using Pazafy, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Simple as that.

Pazafy connects to your GitHub repositories and uses AI to draft social media posts based on your commits, releases, and pull requests. You review, edit, and publish those posts. We're a tool that helps you talk about your work.

You sign in with GitHub OAuth. You're responsible for your account and everything that happens under it. If you think someone has unauthorized access, email us immediately at hello@pazafy.com.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Pazafy.

You own your content. Posts you create, voice profiles you build, and edits you make are yours. We don't claim ownership of anything you create with Pazafy.

You grant us a limited license to process your content (commits, voice samples, drafts) for the purpose of running the service. This means sending data to our AI provider to generate drafts and storing your content so you can access it.

When you delete content or your account, we delete it. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

Pazafy uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to draft posts based on your data. You should always review AI-generated content before publishing. We do our best to match your voice, but AI can make mistakes.

You're responsible for content you publish, even if it was AI-generated. Review your drafts before they go live.

Use Pazafy for its intended purpose. Don't:

• Use it to generate spam, harassment, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI generation system.
• Share your account credentials or let others use your account.
• Use the service to violate any laws or third-party rights.
• Deliberately overload the service or interfere with other users.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Some features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you also agree to LemonSqueezy's terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes don't apply to your current billing period.

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. The service depends on third-party providers (GitHub, Supabase, Anthropic) and may be affected by their outages.

We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects the service. We'll try to give notice when possible.

Pazafy is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We're not responsible for content published to social platforms through the service. You control what gets published.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if we need to for legal reasons.

On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pazafy operates. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
