Privacy Policy

We collect what we need to run the service. We don't sell your data. We don't show you ads. If you delete your account, we delete your data.

When you sign up and use Pazafy, we collect:

• Account info from GitHub: your name, email, username, and avatar when you sign in with GitHub OAuth. We don't store your GitHub password.
• Repository data: commit messages, pull request titles, and release notes from repositories you connect. We only access repos you explicitly authorize.
• Content you create: draft posts, published posts, voice profile samples, and any edits you make.
• Usage data: pages you visit, features you use, and errors that occur. This helps us fix bugs and improve the product.
• Payment info: billing is handled by LemonSqueezy. We don't store credit card numbers. We receive your subscription status and billing email.

• Running the service: generating post drafts from your commits, learning your voice, scheduling and publishing posts.
• AI post generation: your commit data and voice profile are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic Claude) to generate draft posts. We send only what's needed for generation, not your full account data.
• Email: transactional emails (account confirmations, weekly digests) sent through Resend. No marketing spam unless you opt in.
• Bug tracking: errors are reported to Sentry so we can fix issues. Error reports may include your user ID but never your content or personal data.
• Analytics: Vercel Analytics collects anonymous page views. No personal information is tracked.

We use the following services to run Pazafy. Each has their own privacy policy:

• GitHub for authentication and repository access
• Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure
• Anthropic (Claude) for AI-powered post generation
• Cloudflare R2 for file storage
• Vercel for hosting and analytics
• Sentry for error monitoring
• Resend for transactional emails
• LemonSqueezy for payment processing

We use cookies for authentication (keeping you signed in) and nothing else. No tracking cookies, no ad cookies, no third-party cookies.

Vercel Analytics uses anonymous, cookie-free analytics. No personal data is stored in your browser for tracking purposes.

Your data is stored as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days. Backups may retain encrypted copies for up to 90 days, after which they're permanently removed.

You can:

• Access your data through your dashboard at any time.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Disconnect repositories to stop data collection from specific repos.

If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR including data portability and the right to restrict processing. Email us and we'll handle it.
